Trained with a BTS in Real Estate Professions, I started out in a traditional agency for four years. That's where I learned the rigor of fieldwork, negotiation, sharp market reading, and the value of a job well done.
In 2014, I joined the independent agent model to gain more availability, closer client relationships, and higher quality of support.

2. Premium visual presentationHigh-definition photos by a professional photographer, 2D and 3D floor plans, video, virtual tour, home staging advice. Your photos are your first seconds in front of a buyer. They have to be flawless. And I personally invest to make sure they are.
3. Massive distribution across 60 to 70 portalsYour listing is published on virtually every real estate portal on the market: SeLoger, Le Figaro, Logic-Immo, Bien'ici, Ouest-France Immo, and many more. Always with the best contracts: boosted ads, larger formats, full-size photos, top placement. I personally invest advertising credit to amplify the visibility of my clients' properties. It's a deliberate investment, not an option. That's my difference.
4. Transparent, weekly data trackingThroughout the entire mandate, you know exactly where your sale stands:
- A publication certificate every week, to verify where your listing appears, how it performs, and the views and contact statistics.
- Continuous competitive monitoring: I keep watch over comparable properties as they come on, drop in price, sell, or stagnate.
- Clear, regular reporting on visits, feedback, possible roadblocks, and adjustments to consider.
